Stallman Visit

Richard Stallman visited Edinburgh in May 2004. He also spoke 2003 in Cambridge and later Sheffield on Oct 25th. He was at the WORLD SUMMIT ON THE INFORMATION SOCIETY: http://www.itu.int/wsis/

Another wiki page was set up to help organise his visit:

see web archive version

AFFS helped.

The planned Stallman visit set of a discussion in EdLUG over it’s name. And if it should have some ref to GNU maybe on it’s webpages if not it’s name. http://www.edlug.ed.ac.uk/archive/Oct2003/
